The main working mechanism of the labeling machine consists of several parts: the feeding device, the taking device, the printing device, the glue applicator and the interlock device.
Marking device. The bidding device refers to the spell that can supply the label paper according to certain process requirements during the labeling process. It usually consists of a standard warehouse and a pusher device, wherein the standard warehouse is a device for storing labels, also called a standard box. It can be designed to be fixed or oscillating according to requirements. The structure is in the form of frame and box, and the box type is used more. It is mainly composed of a bottom plate and two side plates. The spacing between the two sides of the plate is adjustable to adapt to the change of the size of the label. The adjustment generally adopts a screw device, and the front end of the standard bin is provided with a claw, which has a needle shape, a claw shape or The different shapes of the comb-tooth shape, the role is to prevent the label from falling from the label, and at the same time, the label can be separated one by one during the labeling process. There is a push-marking device in the standard warehouse, so that the front label can be replenished after being taken away. Common bidding devices are shown in several forms. Figure 7-la shows the trolley type, and the standard box is designed to be inclined. When pushing the standard, the inclination angle and the weight of the pulley determine the driving force for the label stack. Figure 7-lb is a heavy hammer type, the standard box is horizontal, the push pressure determines the weight of the weight, and the machine needs to be stopped when the label is added. It is more suitable for the vertical labeling machine. Figure 7-lc is a lever type, the standard box is erected from the top surface for marking, and the standardizing force is determined by the size of the counterweight. As the standard paper is reduced, the push plate automatically rises. It is suitable for horizontal labeling machines with a simple structure and high productivity, but the label needs to be shut down. Figure 7-ld is a spring type. The push pressure is the spring force of the spring. It is variable. When the label stack is thick, the pressure is large, and vice versa. The spring can be a disc spring, and it needs to stop when the label is added. It is suitable for the vertical labeling machine.
